Few executives know the pulse of both land-based and online gaming as deeply as Graham Greensmith. After two decades shaping player experiences, first on the bingo floor, then driving explosive B2B growth across regulated markets, Greensmith has stepped into his newest challenge as Chief Commercial Officer at Gaming Corps.

Read on to discover why Gaming Corps’ culture and creative momentum were impossible to resist, how Greensmith plans to scale the business through its next phase of rapid expansion, and why 2026 could be the year the studio becomes the industry’s hottest vendor.

iGaming Republic: Can you tell us a bit about your background and what led you to Gaming Corps?

Graham Greensmith: My journey in gaming began over 20 years ago in the land-based bingo sector, working across multi-site clubs in London. That early experience gave me a real understanding of the gambling public – the player at the heart of everything we do, and how to best manage sometimes difficult relationships!

In 2013 I moved into online gaming, and over the past decade I’ve been focused on the B2B side of the industry. Most recently I spent six years at Inspired, helping to drive multi-jurisdictional growth by almost 40x and establishing the company as one of the fastest growing iCasino vendors in regulated markets worldwide.

Joining Gaming Corps felt like the natural next step – a chance to apply that experience within one of the most dynamic and creative studios with the ambition to really impact the sector.

iGR: What attracted you to Gaming Corps in particular?

GG: The energy and ambition here are undeniable. Gaming Corps has built a reputation for high-quality, original content and strong execution, but what really stands out is the culture. The team, from the leadership of Juha Kauppinen and Alex Lorimer through to Adam Pentecost and the wider commercial group, is first-class.

“There’s a shared belief that we’re on the cusp of something special, and that sense of momentum was impossible to ignore.”

There’s a shared belief that we’re on the cusp of something special, and that sense of momentum was impossible to ignore. I have tremendous confidence that I can really make a positive difference to Gaming Corps and to continue enjoying what I do.

iGR: As CCO, what will your focus be in the coming months?

GG: My role is to lead this ambitious team into the next phase of growth. That means laying the right foundationsfor rapid, scalable expansion: building a structure that can deliver consistently, add long-term value to partners, shareholders and investors, and keep performance strong across every market we serve.

“It’s about influencing demand, driving results, and doing it all with laughter and smiles along the way.”

We’ll do this while keeping the fun and energy that make Gaming Corps who we are. It’s about influencing demand, driving results, and doing it all with laughter and smiles along the way. We are so fortunate here to have such a superb team who own terrific partner relationships and are so well respected. The business is set up for success.

iGR: You’ve mentioned big targets for Q4 and beyond. What can operators and players expect as we head into 2026?

GG: We’ve got some exceptional new seasonal content landing before year-end, games that will genuinely surprise casinos and players alike. Q4 will be record-breaking for us, setting a new benchmark for what we expect from ourselves going forward.

Looking ahead to 2026, our aim is to become the hottest commodity vendor in iGaming – the partner operators want to work with, and the studio players actively seek out. With a strong portfolio, expanding distribution, and an incredibly driven team, I’m confident that’s exactly where we’re heading.

“Looking ahead to 2026, our aim is to become the hottest commodity vendor in iGaming.”

iGR: Finally, how would you describe the opportunity ahead for Gaming Corps?

GG: It’s huge. We’re scaling from a position of strength: proven content, growing market presence, and a culture built on creativity and collaboration. We are already a vendor that businesses want to work with. The next chapter is about acceleration: turning strong foundations into global reach.

I’m grateful to Juha and the management team for the trust they’ve placed in me, and I can’t wait to contribute to what I know will be an incredible success story for Gaming Corps.
