After seven years managing over 20 London bingo clubs and thousands of staff, transitioning into online gaming was a refreshing shift, leading to a pivotal role at Inspired, a UK iCasino, virtual sports and land-based gaming leader. Before my current role, I held key positions at Swintt and Games Global, where I managed a range of international clients and helped drive commercial growth. Prior to moving into gaming, I spent 11 years in the insurance sector, which gave me a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and business operations.
