Gaming Corps is looking for a Cinematic Designer to be a part of our Cinematic team. As a Cinematic Designer, you will work with everything related with in-game cut scenes, cinematics, camera work, motion capture and animation as well as marketing and promotional video creation and editing. It is a multi-discipline department where all the different aspects of game development come together. You will be part of an experienced team that works on all cut scenes and cinematics related content while manipulating all game assets available to create the best possible result. Furthermore, you will often liaise with various departments to get the best assets you need to have stunning results.


  • Setting up scenes for in-game filming
  • Enhancing gameplay with camera placement and aiming for a cinematic feel throughout the content
  • Proactively show artistic creativity within the cinematic pipeline
  • Ingest motion capture in motion builder
  • Edit/clean motion capture where applicable or adjust minor details to match desired quality
  • Cinematic lighting adjustment of the game level for filming
  • Motion capture suite - helping to set up, re-pack, calibrate and organize data captured with the animations department


  • A few years (1-5) of full time experience in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of Motion Builder and animation pipeline
  • Experience in real life cinematography or similar studies is greatly appreciated
  • Be technically adept and always be willing to learn and adapt to new ways of working
  • An efficient, thorough and structured work methodology that allows you to have many projects/scenes/tasks running simultaneously without losing focus of your priorities.
