Gaming Corps became my new work family in November 2025 – the best early Christmas present. I bring 20 years of gaming industry experience across major and growing businesses, from Gala Coral Group (now Buzz Bingo) and Rank Group (Mecca Bingo), to helping launch a new vertical at Gaming Realms PLC. After seven years managing over 20 London bingo clubs and thousands of staff, transitioning into online gaming was a refreshing shift, leading to a pivotal role at Inspired, a UK iCasino, virtual sports and land-based gaming leader. There, I helped drive expansion into 12 regulated markets and signed nearly 200 operators, experience that inspired me to take on the exciting challenge of helping Gaming Corps reach new levels. I’m passionate about what I do and believe success comes from hard work balanced with fun, learning and delivering delight to customers along the way.

Before my current role, I held key positions at Swintt and Games Global, where I managed a range of international clients and helped drive commercial growth. Prior to moving into gaming, I spent 11 years in the insurance sector, which gave me a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and business operations. As Senior Key Account Manager, I focus on strengthening existing partnerships, developing new business opportunities, and expanding Gaming Corps’ brand awareness across Gibraltar and Spain, ultimately leading to sustainable growth for both the company and its customers.

I’m Lucas, a Brazilian who started my career in iGaming in Jan/2024 and I’ve been working in Gaming Corps since then as an Account Manager. Gaming Corps took me in as an industry’s new-born and, just like a family, built me into the professional I’am today and still makes me better and better. I’m very passionate about the industry as a whole, about exploring the untapped potential of our customers and exchanging experiences with my teammates which are always amazingly insightful and collaborative! In this role I am tasked with recognizing and bringing to life the potential of multiple customers with a very customer-centric strategy while making my best to maximize results and, as a consequence, drive revenue.

I joined the Gaming Corps family in November 2025 as an Account Manager, after a year on the aggregator side, eager to experience the iGaming industry from the provider perspective. It quickly became clear that I couldn’t have chosen a better environment for this move. Working primarily with the CIS market, I value Gaming Corps’ thoughtful approach to matching account managers with specific regions and language expertise.
