As Head of Account Management for EMEA, you will lead GC’s strategic partnerships across the region, ensuring our digital gaming solutions deliver maximum value to operators and players. This is a pivotal leadership role, combining commercial acumen with people development, where you’ll shape account strategies, strengthen client relationships, and drive growth in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Account Management team to achieve excellence in client service and performance.
  • Design and oversee annual account strategies aligned with the business objectives, reviewing progress regularly.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with top-tier operators, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
  • Directly manage select high-value accounts where strategic oversight is required.
  • Identify new opportunities and deliver tailored solutions that meet or exceed financial targets.
  • Partner with internal teams on promotional initiatives and product launches, ensuring effective go-to-market execution.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with knowledge of upcoming products and industry developments to support upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with leadership on forecasting, long-term planning, and market positioning.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and maintain the company’s competitive edge.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and recruitment to support sustainable growth.
  • Represent the Company at industry events and customer engagements, strengthening our brand presence.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B account management within the digital gaming or related industries.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams, with strong sales leadership and coaching skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance company objectives with client outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of digital gaming products, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
